Unfortunately, due to restrictions put in place by the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, all guests wishing to stay at the Ronald McDonald House must go through a social worker / hospital contact to get a referral. Please speak to a nurse or social worker at the hospital to get additional information on staying with us. Thank you!
All potential guests are required to complete an admissions application prior to arrival. Confirmation of referral is pending upon approval of the application.
Valid and current Photo ID is required by all guests over the age of 18 (driver’s license, state ID, military ID or passport).
Ronald McDonald House does not admit any guest convicted (or pending charges) of a felony, domestic violence, charges involving physical harm or injury, any crimes against children, anyone under investigation by Child Protective Services or families with a positive drug screening test.
Note: All guests are checked through the public sex offender’s registry.
Including yourself as the primary guest, list eligible family member(s) who will be staying at the House and how they are related to patient.
NOTE: Accommodation at the Ronald McDonald House is provided for parents/guardians/siblings or designated support person who will be directly involved with the daily support of the pediatric patient.
